RETURN POLICY
It is our goal to achieve a 100% customer satisfaction rate. We
will make every effort to make your experience at Cypremort
Sugar Kettles exceptional. If you have any questions, concerns,
or comments, please call us at

best to assist you.
WHAT can be returned?
Any product that is shipped to an address in the Continental USA
can be returned within 30 days from the date of purchase for any
reason. Please note you must contact us via email at
info@cypremortsugarkettles.com. Shipping charges are not
refundable. If there is a problem with your order, for
instance damaged, we will replace it immediately. Damages must
be noted on driver delivery slip, and also notify us at
336-404-2458
to report the problem. All returned products must
be in original shipping containers, complete with everything
that was originally included.
WHEN do items need to be returned by?
You have up to 30 days from date of purchase to return your
purchase for any reason. Please note you MUST contact us via
email at info@cypremortsugarkettles.com
or call us at
336-404-2458. If you return a product without notifying us
first, we reserve the right to assess a re-stocking charge equal
to 25% of the purchase price of the item.
WHERE do items need to be returned to?

we will give you the address to return your product to.
HOW can I process a return?
1. E-mail or call us at
info@cypremortsugarkettles.com or
336-404-2458. Please note
all returns must be made with original packing materials and
boxes. 2. Once we give you the return address, ship the product
back to the address provided via a "trackable" method, and
retain the tracking number for your records. 3. Once we receive
the item back and inspect it for missing pieces or damage, we
will credit your credit card back for 100% of the purchase
price of the product. Shipping charges are not refundable
