SUGAR KETTLES
A sugar kettle is the
affordable alternative to expensive
outdoor fireplaces. They
make great firepots!
|
Add a touch of southern charm to your
residential, commercial or industrial landscaping with a Cypremort Sugar
Kettle…
Use them as a planter, water garden, or a
unique ornamental estate piece. You can also use it as a firepot*, and
enjoy a nice cozy fire inside one.
Your options are only limited
by your imagination.
Give your landscaping a richer look and
warmth that your neighbors will be envious of!
I have re-engineered my sugar kettles to
make them even more valuable and as a result they are now lighter in
weight and hold a greater volume. I also designed them to have a flat
area on the bottom so that they will stand upright on their own and do
not require a separate kettle stand. |

Our sugar kettles will provide a lifetime
of enjoyment and satisfaction. These cast iron sugar kettles will
last hundreds of years, and are a great piece of landscape furniture
worthy of passing down to future generations of your family.

They are available in four sizes:
3.5', 4', 5' and 7' (diameter as measured across the top from side of
lip to the other lip).
See chart below for overall dimensions:
Mini Sugar Kettles
The “mini” sugar kettle is a scaled down
cast iron replica of a full sized sugar kettle. The mini sugar
kettle packs all of the character of the South and southern living but
in a reduced footprint.
Its uses are numerous: use it as a
candy or nut bowl, a sugar bowl or a small planter. Decorate it
with seasonal candles and/or sundry items. It also makes for an
exquisite rustic decorative piece sitting on a desk, end table, kitchen
table, coffee table or a book shelf. Let your imagination run wild
with this new rustic iron home accent piece.

The mini kettle can also be used to cook
with, such as a sauté or sauce bowl. The mini sugar kettle must
first be seasoned - to season: wipe the inside and out with a thin
coating of cooking oil and bake in an oven at 450 degrees on an open
rack for two hours. Remove any accumulated oil from the bottom of
the mini sugar kettle and turn it over about half way during baking to
ensure a rich dark patina. Let it cool and it is now ready for
use!! Keep it clean with soapy water and dry after cleaning.
However you use it, we hope it reminds you
of the rich history of southern hospitality. Add a mini sugar
kettle to your home today!
